Here are a classic of Italian pastry, the ladyfingers and the raffaioli. Both made with eggs and sugar have a soft and light dough , the ladyfingers ; while the raffaioli are crispier . All perfect for dipping or used as a base for desserts such as tiramisu, they are prepared following the traditional recipe and represent a perfect addition to any table.

Raffaello:

- Ammonium bicarbonate
