Delight your palate with our delicious Almond Cake, packed with essential nutrients! Made with fresh almond paste, this delicious ingredient can be used to make Sicilian-style almond milk or almond granita, as tradition demands!

Almond milk
Ingredients for 1lt: 125g dough - 1lt water or milk - 170g sugar
Preparation: combine the almond paste with about half of the water or milk and sugar, using a blender. Once finished, add the remaining part of the water or milk and keep in the fridge.
Almond Granita
Ingredients: 125g dough - 1lt water or milk - 180g sugar
Preparation: follow the same preparation as for the almond milk, but with the difference of freezing everything for 2 hours; then, blend and serve.
